Pakistan’s Diplomatic Efforts Gain UN Recognition as Guterres Applauds Peace Role

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi held a high-level meeting with United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where both sides discussed regional and global developments, international peace and security challenges, Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for peace in West Asia, and the country’s longstanding contribution to UN peacekeeping missions.

He praised Pakistan’s decades-long role in UN peace operations and recognized the country’s sacrifices and commitment toward maintaining peace in conflict-affected regions around the world.
