Security forces successfully conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) against a hideout of Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) in the Goru area of Khuzdar District, delivering another significant setback to the terrorist organization operating in the region.
Acting on credible intelligence regarding the presence of Fitna al-Hindustan elements in the area, security forces launched a carefully planned operation to dismantle the hideout and neutralize the threat. As the operation progressed, the FAH terrorists opened fire, resulting in a fierce exchange of fire with the security forces.
Displaying exceptional courage, professionalism, and operational precision, security forces effectively engaged the Fitna al-Hindustan terrorists, killing eight FAH terrorists during the operation. Several others sustained injuries during the engagement.
The targeted hideout, which was being used by Fitna al-Hindustan for planning and facilitating terrorist activities, was completely destroyed. Security forces also recovered a large cache of arms, ammunition, and other war material from the site, significantly degrading the operational capabilities of the organization.
Following the successful operation, comprehensive clearance and search activities are underway to locate any remaining Fitna al-Hindustan elements in the area, ensure complete sanitization of the vicinity, and prevent any attempt by the organization to regroup or re-establish its presence.
The successful intelligence-based operation reflects the unwavering resolve, operational readiness, and professionalism of Pakistan’s security forces in their ongoing efforts to eliminate the threat posed by Fitna al-Hindustan and other terrorist networks.
Security forces remain fully committed to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens and ensuring peace and stability across Balochistan. Operations against Fitna al-Hindustan and its facilitators will continue with full determination until the complete eradication of terrorism from the country.
