Security Forces Neutralize 12 TTP Khawarij in Counter-Terrorism Operation in Khyber District

Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based counter-terrorism operation in the Aka Khel area of Bara, located in Khyber District, resulting in the neutralization of 12 TTP Khawarij during an intense exchange of fire.

According to security officials, the operation was launched following credible intelligence regarding the presence and movement of Khawarij elements linked to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in the area. Acting on this information, security personnel swiftly moved to engage and clear the identified location.

During the ensuing engagement, a fierce firefight took place, in which 12 Khawarij were eliminated. Security forces maintained tactical control throughout the operation, ensuring effective targeting of hostile elements.
