Security forces eliminated six terrorists of the Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) during an intelligence-based operation along the Dera Bugti–Kashmore Road under Operation Rad-ul-Fitna 3, according to security officials.
The operation was launched after credible intelligence indicated the presence of FAH terrorists in the area. Security forces moved to the reported location and conducted a targeted clearance operation to prevent the terrorists from carrying out attacks in the region.
An exchange of fire followed the security forces’ movement toward the terrorist position. Six FAH terrorists were eliminated during the intense engagement, while several security personnel sustained injuries.
The operation was part of continuing efforts under Operation Rad-ul-Fitna 3 to dismantle terrorist networks operating across sensitive areas of Balochistan and Sindh and prevent them from exploiting interprovincial routes for movement and attacks.
Security forces continued a search of the surrounding area following the engagement to ensure that no other terrorists remained in the vicinity. The injured personnel were moved for medical treatment.
The latest operation underscores the continuing intelligence-led campaign against terrorist groups seeking to establish or maintain a presence along the Balochistan-Sindh border belt. Security forces have repeatedly intensified surveillance and clearance operations in areas identified as potential transit routes or hideouts.
