In a swift and professional response, the Dadiwala Police successfully repelled a cowardly attack by Khawarij on their patrol vehicle last night, preventing potential casualties and ensuring public safety. The assailants fled the scene under police fire after failing in their attempt to carry out their malicious objectives.
District Police Officer (DPO) Lakki Marwat, Nazir Khan, praised the courage and professionalism of the Dadiwala Police personnel. He stated that the team’s timely and decisive actions effectively neutralized the threat and thwarted the attackers’ plans. “Lakki Marwat Police possess the full capability to respond to every Khawarij attempt with determination and efficiency,” said DPO Khan. “The bravery, dedication, and professional skills of our officers ensure the safety of the public and the maintenance of law and order in the district.”
According to initial reports, the attack occurred during routine patrol operations when the Khawarij attempted to target the police mobile unit. The officers, maintaining full alertness, quickly assumed defensive positions and engaged the attackers with effective and controlled gunfire. The Khawarij were forced to abandon their attack and flee under the cover of darkness.
Following the incident, a large contingent of police forces, acting on the instructions of DPO Nazir Khan, arrived at the scene, and an extensive search operation is currently ongoing in the area to track down the fleeing assailants.
DPO Khan emphasized that Lakki Marwat Police remain fully committed to safeguarding the lives and property of citizens and will continue to take proactive and robust measures against Khawarij elements. He reassured the public that law enforcement agencies are prepared to respond decisively to any threats and will maintain a secure environment across the district.
