A teaser for “Jurat Ke Nishan,” a production based on the Pakistan Army’s historic counterterrorism operation along the Afghan border conducted between April 25 and 27, 2025, has been officially released.
The production showcases the bravery, operational precision and modern military strategy employed by Pakistan’s armed forces during the large-scale operation against Indian-backed khwarij, in which 71 terrorists were eliminated.
According to details, the operation targeted terrorist elements attempting to use border regions for infiltration and attacks against Pakistan. Security forces launched coordinated action in difficult terrain, successfully neutralizing dozens of terrorists during the multi-day engagement.
The teaser highlights the sacrifices and professionalism of Pakistani troops while portraying the evolving nature of counterterrorism operations being carried out against foreign-sponsored terrorist networks operating in the region.
The release comes at a time when Pakistan’s security forces continue intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan against terrorists linked to Fitna-al-Khwarij.
Just this week, five Indian-sponsored khwarij were eliminated during separate intelligence-based operations in Tank and Dera Ismail Khan districts, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). Security forces recovered weapons and ammunition from the terrorists, who were said to be involved in multiple terrorist activities in the area.
In another recent development, Bannu police successfully repelled a terrorist attack on Miryan Police Station after a heavy exchange of fire, forcing the attackers to flee under the cover of darkness.
Security analysts say such operations reflect the continued pressure being maintained against terrorist networks amid evolving threats including infiltration attempts, quadcopter attacks and coordinated assaults on both security installations and civilian areas.
Officials maintain that Pakistan’s counterterrorism campaign under the framework of “Azm-e-Istehkam” remains fully active, with security forces continuing efforts to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism and safeguard national stability.
