Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir has strongly responded to India’s water aggression and threats, declaring that Pakistan knows how to defend its homeland. Addressing the passing-out parade ceremony, General Asim Munir reaffirmed that the Two-Nation Theory has always been the foundation of Pakistan’s existence and that no Pakistani harbours even the slightest doubt about it. He criticized India’s mainstream media, stating that it is attempting to conceal facts through falsehoods and propaganda.
General Asim Munir emphasized that Muslims are distinct from Hindus in every aspect of life, including religion, customs, traditions, thinking, and ambitions. He paid tribute to the unparalleled sacrifices made by the forefathers in the creation of Pakistan, underscoring that the struggle for a separate homeland was rooted in the belief that Muslims and Hindus constitute two separate nations.
The Army Chief reiterated that Pakistan was achieved after immense sacrifices and that its defense remains a sacred duty. He stated that Indian media and social media cannot distort history through their traditional false propaganda. General Munir accused Indian mainstream media of making malicious attempts to undermine the Two-Nation Theory, asserting that the Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, had clearly and unequivocally articulated the principles of the Two-Nation Theory.
General Munir concluded that despite external efforts to rewrite history, the reality remains unchanged — Pakistan stands firm on the sacrifices and vision that led to its creation, and its armed forces are fully prepared to defend it against any aggression.
