Pakistan has reiterated its unwavering commitment to combating terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, emphasizing that terrorist organizations operating from across the border continue to present a significant challenge to regional peace, stability, and security.
The presence and activities of terrorist groups, including Fitna Al-Khawarij and Fitna Al-Hindustan, remain a matter of grave concern. These groups have consistently sought to undermine Pakistan’s security environment through acts of violence, terrorism, and attempts to destabilize the state. Their continued ability to operate from sanctuaries outside Pakistan poses a direct threat not only to Pakistan but also to broader regional stability.
Pakistan’s longstanding and consistent position remains clear: Afghan territory must not be allowed to be used by terrorist organizations for planning, facilitating, or launching attacks against any country. The expectation from the Afghan authorities is straightforward and in line with international obligations that all terrorist groups operating from their soil be denied safe havens, support networks, and operational freedom.
Pakistan has repeatedly emphasized the importance of effective and verifiable action against terrorist elements responsible for cross-border violence. Lasting peace and regional cooperation can only be achieved through a collective commitment to eliminating terrorism and ensuring that no territory is used to threaten neighboring states.

Despite sustained engagement and repeated efforts to resolve these concerns through dialogue and cooperation, terrorist networks continued to exploit cross-border sanctuaries and maintain operational capabilities. The persistence of these threats necessitated decisive action against terrorist hideouts and individuals involved in planning and facilitating attacks against Pakistan.
Pakistan remains firmly committed to safeguarding its sovereignty, defending its people, and preserving regional peace. The fight against terrorism will continue with resolve, professionalism, and determination until all threats to national security are effectively neutralized.
The state will continue to pursue all terrorists, their facilitators, and supporters wherever they may operate, ensuring that those who seek to spread violence and instability find no refuge and no impunity.
