Terrorist Attack Foiled at Sere Bahlool Police Post in Mardan, Attacker Killed

A terrorist attack targeting  Sere Bahlool Police Post in Takht Bhai, Mardan, was successfully thwarted after police personnel mounted an immediate and effective response, killing one terrorist during the exchange of fire.

According to police officials, terrorists launched an attack on the police post located within the jurisdiction of Takht Bhai Police Station. Police personnel responded promptly, preventing the attackers from achieving their objective.

During the retaliatory action, one terrorist was killed, while two police personnel, identified as Abdullah and Muhammad Shah, sustained injuries during the attack. The injured officers were immediately shifted to THQ Takht Bhai for medical treatment. Their condition and further medical details will be provided by the relevant authorities as officially confirmed.

Following the exchange of fire, a heavy contingent of police personnel reached the location and secured the area. The arrival of additional personnel helped bring the firing to an end and restore security in the vicinity.
