Terror Supply Line Busted in Panjgur as Security Forces Recover IEDs, Rockets and Ammo

The Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (South) conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in the Prom area of Panjgur, targeting terrorists affiliated with the group referred to as Fitna al-Hindustan, based on credible and actionable intelligence.

During the operation, FC personnel intercepted and searched a suspicious vehicle, resulting in the recovery of a significant quantity of modern weapons and ammunition intended for terrorist activities.

The recovered arms and ammunition include:

  • 05 Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs)
  • 06 Rocket Propelled Grenades (RPG rounds)
  • 03 Hand Grenades
  • Detonating Cord
  • 1,000 rounds of Light Machine Gun (LMG) ammunition
  • 400 rounds of sniper rifle ammunition
  • 03 UBGL (Under Barrel Grenade Launcher) grenades

According to security officials, the seized weaponry was intended for use in targeted killings of innocent civilians in Balochistan, as well as other acts of terrorism aimed at destabilizing peace and security in the region.

The timely interception of this cache highlights the effectiveness, vigilance, and operational readiness of FC Balochistan (South), which continues to play a critical role in counter-terrorism efforts across the province.

Security forces reiterated that operations against terrorist elements will continue with full resolve, and no space will be allowed for those attempting to disrupt peace, stability, and development in Balochistan. The commitment remains firm to neutralize all threats until the complete eradication of terrorism from the region.

FC Balochistan (South) further reaffirmed that intelligence-based operations will continue in coordination with other law enforcement and security agencies to dismantle terrorist networks and their logistical support structures.
