The true face of Fitna Al Hindustan (FAH) has once again been exposed through its latest cowardly act against an unarmed civilian. In a disturbing incident, terrorists affiliated with FAH raided the peaceful village of Giddi in Tehsil Maiwand, District Kohlu, and forcibly abducted local poet Shama Kalwani, a respected voice known for promoting peace, unity, development, and prosperity among the people of the region.
According to local sources, the armed terrorists stormed the village and unlawfully took away the poet, creating fear and distress among residents. The incident has drawn widespread condemnation from local communities, civil society members, and individuals who view the abduction as a direct attack on freedom of expression and the values of peace and social harmony.
Shama Kalwani is widely recognized as a humble and dedicated poet whose work consistently advocates coexistence, social cohesion, education, and economic development in Balochistan. Through his poetry, he has encouraged the youth to reject violence and embrace constructive engagement for the betterment of their communities.
Reports indicate that FAH harbored resentment against Kalwani because of his poetic criticism of terrorist activities and his efforts to expose the destructive impact of militancy on local communities. Unable to counter the message of peace through dialogue or public support, the group reportedly resorted to intimidation and abduction in an attempt to silence a respected community voice.
The kidnapping of an ordinary poet highlights the growing desperation of terrorist elements who are increasingly losing influence and support among the people. Rather than targeting military or strategic objectives, the group’s decision to abduct a civilian poet underscores its fear of ideas, words, and public awareness.
Observers note that when terrorist organizations begin targeting writers, poets, teachers, and social activists, it reflects their inability to justify their actions before the people they claim to represent. Such acts only further expose their anti-people agenda and disconnect from the aspirations of local communities.
The people of Balochistan have repeatedly demonstrated their desire for peace, stability, and development. The abduction of Shama Kalwani is being viewed not only as an attack on an individual but also as an assault on the collective voice of those who advocate progress, education, and unity in the province.
Local residents have called for the immediate and safe release of the abducted poet and urged authorities to ensure that those responsible are brought to justice. Community leaders have also reiterated their resolve not to allow fear and intimidation to silence voices that promote peace and national harmony.
This latest incident serves as further evidence that terrorist groups such as Fitna Al Hindustan are increasingly isolated from the public and are resorting to desperate measures to maintain relevance. However, such actions will neither suppress the aspirations of the people nor deter those who continue to stand for peace, development, and a prosperous future for Balochistan.
