After Bannu, Mastung Faces Same Terror Tactic Against Public Assets

Terror, Mastung Attack, Fitn al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khwarij

Terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan have destroyed a bridge located on an important highway in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung by using explosives, security sources said.

According to security sources, the terrorists targeted the bridge with explosives, damaging a vital road link and once again exposing their anti-development agenda. The sources said such attacks demonstrate that terrorist groups are not only targeting security institutions but are also attempting to disrupt public movement, trade routes and development activities.

Security sources said the terrorists are enemies of the prosperity and progress of the Baloch people, as attacks on infrastructure directly affect local communities and economic activities.

The incident reflects a similar tactic used by terrorist groups operating in different parts of the country, where bridges and public infrastructure are targeted to create disruption and fear among civilians.

Earlier, Fitna al-Khwarij terrorists in Bannu had also destroyed a public bridge in the Khani Khel and surrounding areas using explosives, according to security sources. Both terrorist groups have adopted similar tactics by attacking infrastructure instead of confronting security forces directly.

Security officials said such acts are aimed at creating difficulties for ordinary citizens, restricting connectivity and damaging facilities built for public benefit.

The destruction of infrastructure is part of a broader pattern in which terrorist organizations attempt to hinder economic activities and create a sense of insecurity among local populations.

Security forces and law enforcement agencies continue efforts to identify those involved in such attacks and dismantle the networks responsible for targeting public assets and security installations.
