According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Security Forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Kalat area of Balochistan, resulting in the elimination of 12 terrorists.
The operation was launched on the basis of actionable intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area. During the conduct of the operation, Security Forces effectively engaged the identified militants, neutralizing 12 terrorists affiliated with hostile elements reportedly receiving support from India.
According to ISPR, the operation also resulted in the destruction of terrorist hideouts, which were being used by the militants as bases for their activities. A significant quantity of weapons, ammunition, and other equipment was also recovered from the hideouts and the area of operation.
The successful action represents a significant achievement in the ongoing counter-terrorism efforts of Pakistan’s Security Forces and reflects their continued determination to dismantle terrorist networks operating in Balochistan.
