A group of Hindu extremists launched a violent attack on the Pakistani High Commission in London, damaging the building by shattering its glass windows and throwing paint. The British police swiftly arrested one of the attackers, while efforts are underway to apprehend other suspects involved in the assault. The investigation into the incident has been expanded.
This attack comes amid heightened tensions following India’s unfounded accusations against Pakistan regarding the Pahalgam incident, alongside other provocative actions. India recently revoked the Indus Water Treaty and canceled visas for Pakistani nationals, instructing them to leave the country.
In response, Pakistan has taken strong measures, including the cancellation of visas for all Indian nationals, with the exception of Sikh pilgrims, and has demanded that they vacate the country immediately.
