Security forces have eliminated a suspected target killer during an intelligence-based operation near Minar Mosque in Bara Bazaar, Khyber district, sources said.
The operation was conducted by intelligence agencies in the vicinity of Minar Mosque, where the suspect was targeted based on intelligence regarding his presence in the area.
The suspect was identified as Yar Muhammad, son of Jan Muhammad, a resident of Sheikhan Kalay in Peshawar, sources said.
According to preliminary information, Yar Muhammad was wanted in connection with several serious criminal and targeted attacks. His alleged involvement in multiple incidents had made him a target of security agencies, sources said.
The operation was carried out as part of ongoing intelligence-based efforts to track individuals involved in targeted killings and other violent activities in the region.
