Security forces successfully thwarted a planned sabotage attempt in Mastung through a timely intelligence-based operation conducted under Operation Al-Azm, eliminating four operatives associated with Fitna al-Hindustan (BLA) while they were attempting to plant an improvised explosive device (IED).
According to security sources, the operation was launched following credible intelligence regarding the presence and activities of hostile elements in the area. Acting swiftly on the information, security forces monitored the movement of the operatives and carried out a precise strike using an armed drone at the moment when they were engaged in planting an IED along a roadside.
