Jiwani Attack Case: New Details Emerge on Attaullah’s Background and Terrorist Network Links

Jiwani Attack

Jiwani attack’s mastermind Attaullah, son of Gaji Khan, has been identified as a terrorist commander of the outlawed BLA and is said to be originally from Awaran district.

According to sources, Attaullah’s name was previously included in the PAANK missing persons record, where he was listed under serial number 122. It is also claimed that at various points he was publicly described as a missing person, with protests held for his recovery.

The development has once again fueled debate over alleged overlaps between different networks operating in Balochistan and the ground realities surrounding such cases.

Public circles are demanding that if evidence exists of any individual’s involvement in terrorism or the killing of civilians, strict legal action must be taken in accordance with the law to uphold state authority.

At the same time, emphasis is being placed on ensuring that all actions remain within constitutional and legal boundaries so that the fundamental rights of any citizen are not violated and due process is maintained.

Observers note that being labeled a “missing person” is not in itself proof of innocence, while at the same time, every individual is entitled to legal protection until allegations are proven in court.

Citizens are also calling for strict legal action against anyone found involved in terrorism and attacks on innocent civilians.
