Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in the Mushkai area of Wadh, following credible information regarding the presence of Fitna-al-Hindustan terrorists operating in the region.
According to security sources, the operation was initiated on the basis of timely intelligence about militant presence in the area. During the course of the operation, the terrorists put up strong resistance, leading to an intense exchange of fire between security forces and the armed elements.
Security forces responded in a swift, professional, and effective manner, and as a result, six Fitna-al-Hindustan terrorists were neutralized on the spot. The operation successfully dismantled the immediate threat posed by the group in the area.
During the fierce exchange of fire, one brave soldier of the security forces embraced martyrdom while defending the motherland. Officials paid tribute to the fallen soldier, stating that his sacrifice reflects unwavering dedication, courage, and commitment to the peace and stability of Pakistan.
Security officials emphasized that such operations are part of ongoing efforts to eliminate terrorism and ensure lasting peace in Balochistan. They reiterated that security forces remain fully prepared and resolute in confronting all elements involved in violence, subversion, or foreign-sponsored agendas aimed at destabilizing the country.
Authorities further stated that terrorist groups attempting to disrupt peace in Balochistan will continue to face decisive action. They added that the people and security forces stand united in their resolve to defeat all hostile elements and safeguard national sovereignty and stability.
Following the operation, clearance activities are underway in the surrounding areas to ensure no remaining threat persists. Security forces continue to maintain a strong presence in the region to prevent any possible regrouping of hostile elements.
