An explosion caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) has been reported in Sarai Naurang area of Lakki Marwat District in the southern part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, according to initial reports from local authorities and eyewitness accounts.
The incident occurred near the railway line, a key transit corridor in the region. Preliminary information suggests that the blast resulted in multiple casualties, including at least two police personnel and several civilians.
