Pakistan, Afghanistan, Terrorists Hideouts in Afghanistan

Pakistan security sources have reported that intelligence-based precision strikes conducted inside Afghanistan resulted in the deaths of approximately 75 to 80 militants, including elements of the command structure of terrorist networks.

According to security and intelligence officials, the operation targeted seven sites across six locations in Afghanistan’s eastern and southeastern regions.

Initial intelligence assessments suggest that approximately 75 to 80 militants were killed, including elements of the command structure of terrorist organizations. Reports indicate that a senior militant commander identified as Akhtar Muhammad was also killed in the operation.

Security sources stated that all targeted sites were linked to terrorist training and operational facilities associated with groups described by Pakistan as Fitna al-Khawarij networks.

Officials emphasized that no mosque, madrasa, or civilian installation was targeted during the operation. They also clarified that no Afghan government or administrative facility was hit.

The operation was described as highly precise, designed to minimize collateral risk while ensuring destruction of militant infrastructure.

Security authorities also rejected social media claims circulating from some accounts in Afghanistan and India, describing them as false and misleading.

Pakistani officials reiterated that the operation was conducted in response to terrorist activities inside Pakistan over the past two months and emphasized that protection of civilians remains the top priority.

Authorities expressed hope that the Afghan interim government will take effective measures against terrorists operating from its territory, noting that such groups are enemies not only of Pakistan but also of regional peace and Islam.
