Bajaur Operation: Five Villages Declared Clear, Residents Allowed to Return

Authorities in Bajaur have announced that five villages have been cleared during the ongoing security operation, paving the way for displaced families to return home. According to the district administration, the cleared areas include Serai Milan, Serai Mian Gan, Landai Kalan, Bilal Masjid Tarkho, and Shamshergar Fort Tarkho.

Deputy Commissioner Bajaur confirmed that normalcy has been restored in these localities, with full writ of the state reestablished after successful clearance operations by security forces. “Peace and stability have returned to these areas, and residents are now permitted to move back to their homes,” the official stated.

The return of displaced families is expected to take place in a phased and organized manner to ensure safety and smooth rehabilitation. Officials emphasized that the government remains committed to supporting the affected communities as they rebuild their lives after displacement.
