India Implicated in Khuzdar School Children Attack, Says DG ISPR

Pakistan’s military on Thursday squarely blamed India for orchestrating the deadly terrorist attack in Khuzdar that claimed the lives of innocent schoolchildren, revealing fresh evidence of New Delhi’s sustained campaign to destabilize the region through violence and subversion.

Addressing a joint press conference with the Federal Secretary for Interior, Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said India is financing terrorism in Pakistan and was directly behind the Khuzdar tragedy. “Fitna-e-Hindustan is complicit in the martyrdom of children in Khuzdar,” he said, adding that several captured terrorists had confessed to receiving Indian backing.

“India is actively undermining regional peace by supporting violent non-state actors,” the DG ISPR said. “The blood of our children is on the hands of those who fund and facilitate such barbaric acts. The attack in Khuzdar was not just a strike on a school bus — it was an assault on the soul of Pakistan.”

He said the state had long warned the international community of India’s malign activities. “We presented a dossier in 2009 detailing India’s interference in Balochistan. In 2016, we again placed undeniable evidence before the world. Kulbhushan Jadhav’s confessional statement laid bare the entire architecture of Indian-sponsored terrorism against Pakistan,” he added.

The DG ISPR confirmed that several children injured in the Khuzdar attack remain under critical care in hospitals, and vowed that justice would be served.

Federal Secretary for Interior, who opened the press conference, described the Khuzdar incident as a “deliberate and despicable targeting of schoolchildren.” He said, “This was not merely an attack on a vehicle — it was an attack on our values, our future, and our resolve. Those responsible will face consequences far graver than they can imagine.”

Both officials reaffirmed Pakistan’s determination to expose and dismantle the networks of terrorism being run from across the eastern border, and called on the international community to break its silence over India’s sponsorship of cross-border violence.

“The nation stands united. The sacrifices of our children will not go in vain,” they declared.
