In a major diplomatic move, the Government of Pakistan has decided to send a high-powered delegation to Europe to brief the international community on India’s recent acts of aggression and to present Pakistan’s principled stance on regional peace and stability.
According to informed sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif personally reached out to Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, requesting him to lead the delegation. The team will include prominent diplomats and former foreign ministers—Hina Rabbani Khar, Khurram Dastgir, and Ambassador Jalil Abbas Jilani—who will engage with European leaders, lawmakers, and institutions across multiple capitals.

The delegation is tasked with presenting Pakistan’s position on the deteriorating regional security environment and highlighting the urgency of international intervention to prevent further escalation. Sources confirmed that similar diplomatic missions will also be dispatched to other key capitals worldwide as part of a comprehensive outreach campaign.
Commenting on the development, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said he was honoured to accept the responsibility of representing Pakistan at a critical juncture.
Stating on the social media platform X, Bilawal Bhutto stated, “Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif contacted me today and asked that I lead a delegation to represent Pakistan on the international stage. I have proudly accepted this responsibility.”
“In these difficult times, I am fully committed to advocating for Pakistan’s peaceful vision and defending our national interests across the world,” he added.
