Four Taliban personnel have been killed and two others injured in a series of attacks across three Afghan provinces over the past three days, according to the Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) and Afghanistan United Front (AUF).
The attacks underscore the continued armed resistance against Taliban rule, with opposition groups maintaining pressure on Taliban personnel and positions in different parts of Afghanistan. The Afghanistan Freedom Front said an attack was carried out in Sarai Shamali, Kabul, on Wednesday, targeting Taliban personnel.
According to the AFF, two Taliban personnel were killed and two others injured in the attack. The group said the operation demonstrates the continuation of armed resistance against Taliban rule and reflects the ongoing activities of opposition elements operating against Taliban forces.
