Security forces successfully conducted an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) near RD-85, Panjgur, on the basis of credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area.
Acting swiftly on the available intelligence, security forces launched a carefully planned operation to neutralize the identified terrorist threat and prevent any potential hostile activity in the surrounding area.
During the conduct of the operation, the security forces came under fire from the terrorists, resulting in an intense exchange of fire. The forces responded effectively and professionally, maintaining a decisive operational posture and successfully eliminating five terrorists.
The operation also resulted in injuries to three security personnel, who sustained injuries during the exchange of fire. The injured personnel were immediately provided medical assistance and shifted for necessary treatment. Their condition is being monitored by the relevant medical authorities.
Following the operation, the bodies of the eliminated terrorists were shifted to a hospital for identification and completion of the required legal and procedural formalities.
The successful operation underscores the unwavering resolve of the security forces to act against terrorist elements and dismantle threats to peace and stability in the region.
