Eliminated, Terrorists, Nushki IBO

Security forces have eliminated five terrorists and injured three others in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) targeting the India-backed terrorist group Fitna al-Hindustan in Nushki district of Balochistan, security officials said.

According to security officials, intelligence reports identified the presence of terrorists in the area, prompting security forces to place their movements under close surveillance. The monitoring led to the identification of a suspected terrorist hideout, which was subsequently targeted in an operation.

Security forces carried out a precision strike against the hideout, effectively targeting the group’s personnel. The strike reportedly killed five terrorists and injured three others.

The operation forms part of ongoing counterterrorism efforts to dismantle terrorist networks, disrupt their activities, and eliminate safe havens used to plan and carry out attacks.

Security officials reiterated that operations against terrorists would continue until the threat was eliminated. Further details about the identities of those killed or injured, and the recovery of weapons or equipment, were not immediately available.
