Fitna-al-Hindustan Humiliated in Mastung After Failed Police Station Assault

Security and police sources have confirmed that the attempted terrorist attack on the Daringarh Police Station in Mastung was successfully foiled after armed militants associated with the banned Fitna al-Hindustan network fled the scene shortly after initiating the assault.

According to credible law enforcement sources, the attackers arrived with the apparent intention of creating panic, intimidating civilians, and generating misleading propaganda for social media consumption. However, upon sensing a swift and forceful response from security personnel and nearby Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), the terrorists abandoned their plans and escaped from the area without achieving any operational objective.

Officials stated that the failed assault reflects the increasing desperation and frustration within terrorist ranks following a series of successful intelligence-based operations and counterterrorism actions conducted by security forces across the region. These operations have reportedly inflicted significant losses on militant hideouts, logistics networks, and operational capabilities.

“The incident was nothing more than a failed propaganda stunt,” a senior police source stated. “The attackers were unable to sustain any confrontation and retreated almost immediately after realizing that security forces were fully prepared to respond decisively.”

Authorities categorically rejected rumors circulating on certain social media platforms claiming that hostages had been taken or that official weapons had been snatched during the incident. Police sources confirmed that such reports are entirely baseless, fabricated, and part of a deliberate disinformation campaign aimed at spreading fear and confusion among the public.

Security officials emphasized that no civilian or law enforcement personnel were harmed during the attempted attack, and normalcy in the area was swiftly restored. Levies personnel and police units remained fully alert throughout the situation, ensuring the protection of local residents and public infrastructure.

Law enforcement agencies reiterated their commitment to eliminating terrorism and maintaining peace and stability in Balochistan. Officials further urged citizens to refrain from sharing unverified information and to rely solely on credible and official sources for updates related to security matters.

The incident once again demonstrates the failure of terrorist organizations to undermine public confidence or disrupt the resolve of Pakistan’s security institutions. Authorities affirmed that all hostile elements attempting to spread chaos through violence and digital misinformation would continue to face a strong, coordinated, and uncompromising response from the state.
