As part of the ongoing Operation Rad-ul-Fitna 3, security forces conducted a successful engagement against terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) in the Dasht Kaur sector on 1 September 2026.
During a routine patrol, a security forces convoy operating in the area observed suspicious movement of terrorists affiliated with Fitna al-Hindustan. Demonstrating a swift and effective operational response, the troops immediately took up positions and engaged the terrorists.
A fierce exchange of fire subsequently ensued. As a result of the effective response by the security forces, three terrorists were eliminated, while two others sustained injuries.
Following the engagement, security forces immediately commenced a comprehensive search and clearance operation in the surrounding area to locate any remaining terrorists and ensure that the area is fully secured. The operation is aimed at eliminating any residual threat and preventing terrorists from exploiting the area for further hostile activities.
