Afghanistan Safe House Hosts Secret BLA-TTP Leadership Meeting

Intelligence reports suggest that senior leaders of banned militant groups, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), have allegedly held a secret meeting in Afghanistan to coordinate attacks in Pakistan.

According to sources, Bashir Zeb Baloch, head of the BLA, reportedly met with Ghazi Khorasani, a senior TTP commander, in Kandahar province. The meeting is said to have focused on organizing joint terrorist operations targeting Pakistan, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

Sources claim that Bashir Zeb was present at a highly secure safe house in the Aino Mina area of Kandahar, heavily guarded by armed personnel. Afghan Taliban officials are reportedly overseeing external security around the location. The safe house is also said to be equipped with a satellite system through which alleged propaganda materials from the Majid Brigade are being uploaded.

The presence of Bashir Zeb at the site has reportedly been confirmed through intercepted communications, human intelligence, and drone imagery, although no official confirmation has yet been released.

These reports, if verified, underscore ongoing cross-border threats to Pakistan’s security and the potential for coordinated terrorist operations by extremist networks operating from Afghan territory. Pakistani authorities continue to monitor developments closely and remain committed to safeguarding national security and preventing acts of terrorism.

Officials urge vigilance and cooperation among regional partners to counter emerging threats and disrupt militant planning before it translates into attacks. The situation highlights the importance of timely intelligence sharing and coordinated counterterrorism measures across the region.
