According to Geo News, the precision operation carried out by Pakistan Armed Forces targeted Rajouri, where Raj Kumar Thapa, serving as the Additional Deputy Commissioner, was neutralized. Thapa was reportedly a central figure in facilitating terror activities under the direct patronage of the Indian government and had long been viewed by the local Kashmiri Muslim population as a symbol of fear and oppression.
Sources revealed that Raj Kumar Thapa was not only enabling terror networks but was also regularly present in high-level Indian military briefings, underscoring his integral role in orchestrating state-sponsored violence in the occupied territory.
