A newly surfaced audio clip has once again laid bare India’s deep-rooted involvement in fuelling terrorism in Pakistan, confirming the role of its notorious intelligence agency, RAW, in directing and financing extremist Khawarij groups.
The leaked conversation, reportedly between two Khawarij terrorists—one based in Afghanistan (alias “Anas”) and the other in North Waziristan (alias “Abu Zar”)—reveals that RAW agents instructed the group to change its name from Tehreek-e-Taliban Ghazwa-e-Hind due to its overtly anti-India stance. The group later re-branded as Inqilab-e-Islami Pakistan (Media Cell – Sada-e-Ghazwa Hind) in March 2025 and was further renamed Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan in April under direct guidance from RAW handlers.
The audio further discusses supply chains for sniper rifles and other equipment, meant to target Pakistani security forces—highlighting the operational support and tactical guidance RAW provides to destabilise Pakistan via proxy militants stationed across the Afghan border.
Pakistan has repeatedly presented concrete evidence of RAW’s role in sponsoring terrorism, and this latest leak reinforces those claims. The Khawarij, masked in religious rhetoric, are in fact acting as paid mercenaries manipulated for regional sabotage, with India’s backing clearly documented.
