Security Forces Strike Fitna al-Hindustan Hideouts in Ziarat, Multiple Members Eliminated

Security forces have conducted a timely intelligence-based operation in Ziarat District, targeting alleged positions of Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH), according to security sources.

The operation was reportedly launched after the receipt of actionable intelligence regarding the presence of FAH members and their hideouts in the area. Acting on the information, security forces carried out a targeted mortar strike against the identified positions.

According to the information provided by security sources, the mortar strike precisely hit the identified locations, resulting in multiple reported fatalities among the members of Fitna al-Hindustan and causing significant damage to the targeted hideouts.

The operation was described by officials as a focused intelligence-led action intended to disrupt the group’s presence and prevent its members from using the area as a base for further activities.

The reported casualties and extent of damage are being assessed as authorities continue to examine the operation site. Following the operation, security personnel reportedly conducted a search of the area and recovered a substantial quantity of weapons, ammunition and military equipment.

The recovery is expected to assist investigators in determining the operational capabilities of the targeted network and potentially provide further information regarding its supply and support mechanisms. Authorities are examining the recovered material as part of the broader effort to identify the group’s infrastructure, movement patterns and logistical arrangements in the region.

The latest operation comes amid continued security efforts across Balochistan aimed at preventing armed groups from establishing footholds and threatening the security of local communities and critical infrastructure. Security agencies have emphasized that intelligence-driven operations remain central to their strategy, allowing personnel to identify suspected positions and respond to emerging threats before they can develop into larger security incidents.

The operation in Ziarat also demonstrates the continued focus on areas where hostile groups are believed to maintain hideouts or logistical networks. Authorities have reiterated their resolve to continue operations against armed groups and to dismantle networks involved in violence and instability in the province.
