Under Operation Radd-ul-Fitana 3, Security Forces are continuing successful intelligence-based operations against Khawarij elements across various areas of Balochistan, delivering significant blows to hostile networks and disrupting their activities.
According to security sources, nine Khawarij were eliminated during separate intelligence-based operations conducted in Ziarat, Harnai and Soorab. The operations were carried out on the basis of actionable intelligence regarding the presence and movement of Khawarij elements in the respective areas.
In a major intelligence-based operation, Security Forces targeted a Khawarij hideout located in the mountainous terrain between Ziarat and Harnai. Acting on confirmed intelligence inputs, the forces effectively cordoned off the suspected hideout and launched a precise operation against the Khawarij position. As a result of the successful operation, eight Khawarij were eliminated.
The operation also resulted in the destruction of the Khawarij hideout, significantly disrupting the hostile elements operating in the mountainous area.
The successful action reflects the effectiveness of intelligence-led operations and the ability of Security Forces to rapidly identify and neutralize threats in difficult and challenging terrain.
In a separate successful intelligence-based operation in Hajika village, District Soorab, Security Forces eliminated one Khawarij. Security personnel established an effective cordon between Dasht Katai and Hajika, subsequently tracking the movement of the Khawarij element. Acting upon the intelligence developed during the operation, Security Forces successfully targeted the hostile element and neutralized the threat.
A substantial quantity of weapons, ammunition and other equipment was recovered from the possession of the eliminated Khawarij.
The recovered items included ammunition, magazines, hand grenades, walkie-talkies, a motorcycle and other equipment. The recovery provides further evidence of the operational preparations and capabilities of the Khawarij elements operating in the affected areas.
The successful operations represent another significant setback for Khawarij elements attempting to establish or maintain footholds in Balochistan. The elimination of nine Khawarij and destruction of a hostile hideout have further disrupted the operational capacity of such elements in the targeted areas.
Security Forces remain fully committed to employing actionable intelligence, coordinated operations and sustained vigilance to identify and neutralize threats before they can endanger the lives and property of innocent citizens.
