Security Forces Eliminate 33 FAK Terrorists in Major Intelligence-Based Operation in Quetta

Security Forces conducted a successful Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the Shahbaan area of Quetta, following confirmed intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists affiliated with the Fitna Al Khawarij (FAK).

According to security sources, the operation was launched after credible and verified intelligence reports indicated the movement and hideouts of heavily armed terrorists in the area. As the security forces cordoned off the suspected location, the terrorists opened indiscriminate fire, leading to an intense exchange of fire.

During the ensuing engagement, Security Forces effectively engaged the terrorists’ positions with precision and professionalism. As a result of the operation, 33 FAK terrorists were successfully neutralized.

The operation reflects the unwavering resolve, operational preparedness, and professional competence of the Security Forces in eliminating terrorist threats and safeguarding the lives of innocent civilians. Security personnel demonstrated exceptional courage and tactical expertise during the high-intensity engagement.

A sanitization and clearance operation in the area is being carried out to eliminate any remaining threats, recover weapons and ammunition, and facilitate further intelligence exploitation.
