Balochistan Security Forces Crush Coordinated BLA Terror Attacks, Neutralize Over 100 Terrorists in 48 Hours

Pakistan’s security forces have decisively foiled a series of coordinated terrorist attacks launched by the banned organization Baloch Liberation Army (BLA)/Fitna-al-Hindustan against the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies across Balochistan. Over the past 48 hours, security operations have neutralized more than 100 terrorists, demonstrating the state’s complete control over the situation and safeguarding the public from these cowardly assaults.

According to official details released, terrorists attempted simultaneous attacks in multiple districts, including Quetta, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kalat, Gwadar, Pasni, and Turbat, targeting security installations, personnel, and critical infrastructure. Thanks to the swift and effective response by the police, Frontier Corps (FC), and other security agencies, all attacks were successfully repelled, and the attackers were eliminated.

In Quetta’s Saryab Road, terrorists attempted to ambush a police van, but four attackers were neutralized by combined FC and police action. At Nushki and Dalbandin FC headquarters, militants carried out firing and attempted suicide attacks, but alert forces forced them to retreat, maintaining full control over these strategic sites. In Kalat, terrorists attacked the Deputy Commissioner’s office and police lines, while in Pasni, the Pakistan Coast Guard post was also targeted. Terrorists in Gwadar attempted to target a labor colony, but immediate action by security forces prevented mass casualties. Similar attacks, including grenade and long-range firing, were also repelled in Balicha, Tump, Mastung, Besima, Rodhban, Phulabad, Gomezi, Malant, and Kasanu.

In these operations, 58 BLA terrorists were killed, while 10 security personnel made the ultimate sacrifice, with several others sustaining injuries. Security forces continue to conduct search and clearance operations to ensure that no hostile elements remain in affected areas. Specific reports include six terrorists killed in Kharan, five in Dalbandin, six in Mand, and seven in Turbat.

Officials emphasized that these attacks were part of a coordinated and externally backed plan. Intelligence indicates that elements involved were supported by India and facilitated through Afghanistan, underlining the cross-border dimension of these terrorist operations.

Authorities also rejected the BLA’s recent social media claims of controlling parts of Balochistan, stating these are fabricated, baseless propaganda efforts with no connection to ground realities. Security forces maintain full control over all cities, including Quetta, and public life continues normally, demonstrating that the state remains strong and terrorists are defeated at every front.

These operations highlight the professionalism, readiness, and courage of Pakistan’s security forces, who acted swiftly to protect civilians, defend critical infrastructure, and maintain peace and stability in Balochistan. The state reaffirms its resolve that no anti-state element will be allowed to threaten the security, sovereignty, or peace of the province.
