Pakistani security forces achieved a major victory in the village of Gidar, Bajaur, eliminating 22 terrorists in a precise, intelligence-driven operation, while several others sustained injuries, according to security sources.
The operation was conducted on the basis of highly classified intelligence. Last night, security forces received verified information regarding the presence of a large number of terrorists in Gidar. Acting swiftly and with precision, the forces carried out a targeted operation that successfully neutralized the terrorists. In coordination with tribal elders, local residents had been evacuated beforehand, as the terrorists were hiding in uninhabited areas of the village.
