A cowardly terrorist attack targeted a bus carrying artists on the Quetta-Karachi road. In response, Pakistan’s security forces swiftly launched a decisive operation, and have killed four terrorists affiliated with the banned outfit Fitna al-Hindustan in a major intelligence-based operation conducted in the Pehrood area of Balochistan during the night between July 19 and 20, according to official sources.

The operation targeted suspected terrorist movement in the region, and resulted in the recovery of weapons and a Fitna al-Hindustan flag from the slain terrorists. Security forces acted swiftly on credible intelligence and launched the operation to neutralise the threat.

Sources confirm that a clearance operation is still underway in the area to ensure no remnants of the terrorist network remain active.

Fitna al-Hindustan has been behind several brutal attacks on innocent civilians recently including the bus carrying artists, killing three and injuring seven others. Officials stated that the group’s terrorists and their facilitators will be made an example of, with a zero-tolerance approach moving forward.
