In yet another display of its desperation and hostility toward both the state and the very people it claims to represent, the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), also known as Fitna al-Hindustan, has looted and torched a private bank in Buleda, Kech, robbing innocent Baloch citizens of their hard-earned savings.
The attack comes as India reportedly scales back financial backing to BLA, and Pakistani security forces continue to dismantle its operational networks through a series of decisive actions. Isolated internationally and exposed at home, the BLA appears to have fully embraced criminality, engaging not just in extortion and highway robbery, but now outright theft from Baloch civilians.
According to local sources, the bank was set ablaze after being looted, with the group fleeing the scene without remorse. Observers say the incident is a stark contradiction to BLA’s rhetoric of “Baloch rights,” as it targeted the very people it falsely claims to protect, ordinary citizens whose life savings were stored in that bank.
Just two days prior, BLA terrorists also torched several vehicles belonging to construction companies after they refused to pay extortion money, further proving that the group’s operations have descended into thuggery.
This latest act of violence has drawn public condemnation and is seen as another undeniable reminder of the BLA’s betrayal of the Baloch cause in favour of foreign agendas and financial survival.
