In a stunning development, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has unearthed a major cyber warfare cell in Karachi directly linked to the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), revealing a deep-rooted network coordinated by Indian and Israeli intelligence agencies.

The high-stakes raid, conducted near Dawood University, led to the seizure of 24 laptops and 36 Raspberry Pi devices, all configured for cyber attacks targeting Pakistan’s digital infrastructure. The apartment functioned as a fully operational cyber warfare unit masquerading as a civilian residence.

According to cyber forensics teams, each device was found running a sophisticated Remote Access Trojan (RAT) named Rudra TEN, developed by an Indian firm with explicit signatures and code headers from IDSI-Hindustan Cyber War Lab, a front for India’s intelligence service, RAW.

Even more alarming, command and control for the malware was traced to Herzliya, Israel, linked to Unit 8200, the cyber arm of Israeli intelligence agency Mossad. This confirms direct Israeli involvement in supporting anti-Pakistan digital subversion.

Investigators also uncovered login credentials tied to 10 BYC social media accounts, including platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok. These accounts were used to propagate anti-state narratives, spread disinformation, and amplify unrest through coordinated digital campaigns.

The financial trail revealed further foreign interference: $200,000 in Ethereum was traced to TGOrbit, an Israeli cryptocurrency exchange. The funds were allegedly used to bankroll BYC’s digital media operations, including paid trends and sponsored misinformation.

Captured operatives reportedly confessed to being compensated in cryptocurrency for running anti-Pakistan social media trends. Their activities followed clear digital playbooks supplied by foreign handlers, blurring the lines between activism and espionage.

Sources close to the investigation described the operation’s structure as a three-tier model:

RAW developed the cyber weaponry,

Mossad maintained the command infrastructure, and

BYC served as the propaganda arm, giving the hostile campaign a local face.

Authorities say more arrests are imminent as the digital forensic analysis expands. Pakistan’s security institutions have vowed to pursue every node of this nexus, both domestically and internationally.

This revelation further discredits the BYC’s claims of peaceful activism and raises serious questions about the foreign funding and orchestration behind separatist movements masquerading as civil rights campaigns.
