Pakistan has issued a forceful condemnation of recent actions by Israeli occupying forces and illegal settlers, describing them as deliberate provocations aimed at altering the religious, historical, and legal status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Such acts, Pakistan asserted, are unacceptable violations of international law and risk further inflaming tensions in an already volatile region.
Islamabad urged the international community to ensure the sanctity and preservation of Al-Aqsa and other holy sites, and to prevent any further Israeli aggression or desecration.
The government also voiced grave concern over the ongoing military offensive in Gaza, particularly the latest Israeli strike on a school sheltering displaced families, which killed dozens—including many children. Pakistan described the attack as a horrific example of unchecked Israeli impunity and emphasized that the international community must no longer remain silent. It called for an immediate end to the violence and demanded that Israel be held accountable for crimes against civilians.
Reaffirming its principled support for the Palestinian people, Pakistan reiterated its call for the establishment of an independent, viable, and contiguous Palestinian state, based on pre-1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
