India’s Hostile Attitude Threatens Ceasefire as Pakistan Secures Diplomatic Win with Kashmir on Agenda: Bilawal Bhutto

Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed concern that India’s negative attitude could endanger the ceasefire agreement between Pakistan and India, warning that any disruption would pose a serious threat to regional and global peace.

In an interview with a private news channel, Bilawal said that despite recent tensions, Pakistan has achieved significant military and diplomatic successes, sending a clear message to the world that while it does not seek war, it remains fully capable of defending itself.

He termed the inclusion of the Kashmir dispute in recent talks as a major diplomatic victory for Pakistan, pointing out that India has long attempted to portray the issue as its internal matter.

“Pakistan wants to turn the ceasefire into a foundation for lasting peace,” Bilawal stated, adding that Islamabad remains committed to resolving all outstanding disputes, including Kashmir, through dialogue.

He further said that Pakistan has offered impartial investigations into the Pulwama incident and highlighted India’s alleged attempts to weaponize the waters of the Indus River and its involvement in acts of terrorism.

Bilawal praised the constructive roles played by China, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia amid the ongoing situation, and asserted that India’s willingness to come to the negotiation table is, in itself, a significant diplomatic achievement for Pakistan.
