In a high-impact intelligence-based operation, three Khawarij were eliminated in Datta Khel tehsil of North Waziristan, dealing a significant blow to the remnants of the violent extremist network operating in the region.
The operation was launched following precise intelligence about the presence of Khawarij elements attempting to regroup in the area. A fierce exchange of fire ensued, during which three operatives were successfully neutralized. Two others, critically injured, managed to flee the scene.
A sweeping search operation is underway to hunt down the fleeing Khawarij, with security cordons tightened and all exit routes under strict surveillance. Forces remain on high alert, determined to eliminate any safe havens for these anti-state elements.
Officials emphasized that such operations will continue with full force until the complete annihilation of the Khawarij network. “No sanctuary will be allowed for those who raise arms against the state,” a senior official asserted, adding that the resolve to restore peace and stability in the region remains unshakable.
