Security Forces Neutralize Multiple BLA Terrorists in IBO in Kalat

Pakistan’s security forces have conducted a successful, intelligence-based counterterrorism operation in the Parood mountain ranges of Kalat, Balochistan, resulting in the elimination of six to seven terrorists affiliated with Fitna Al-Hindustan–backed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).

According to official sources, the operation was launched following credible and actionable intelligence regarding the presence and movement of armed militants in the rugged and remote terrain. Security forces swiftly cordoned off the area and engaged the terrorists in a precision, high-intensity operation, demonstrating effective coordination, tactical superiority, and operational preparedness.

As a result of the operation, multiple terrorists were smoked out and neutralized, dealing a significant blow to the group’s operational capability in the region. The militants were reportedly involved in activities aimed at destabilizing the area and targeting security forces and civilians.

A comprehensive clearance and search operation is currently underway to ensure the complete neutralization of any remaining elements and to prevent the regrouping or escape of hostile actors. Security forces are also conducting a detailed sweep of the area to recover weapons, ammunition, and other equipment used by the militants.

The successful action in Kalat underscores the professionalism, courage, and vigilance of Pakistan’s security forces, particularly in challenging terrains where terrorist elements attempt to exploit geography for concealment.

Security forces reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding the lives of citizens, protecting national integrity, and countering externally sponsored terrorism, while emphasizing that operations against militant networks will remain intelligence-led, targeted, and relentless.
