Pakistan’s Ambassador to Russia, Muhammad Khalid Jamali, has issued a strong warning to India, stating that any military misadventure will be met with full force — including a nuclear response if necessary. His remarks come amid heightened tensions following the Pahalgam false flag incident, for which India has blamed Pakistan without presenting any evidence.
According to diplomatic sources, Ambassador Jamali revealed that Pakistan possesses credible intelligence suggesting India is planning a military operation. “We sense the threat is imminent and real,” he said, adding that specific targets have already been identified should India initiate hostilities.
Jamali emphasized that India has a history of staging false flag operations and using them as a pretext to escalate tensions with Pakistan. “Once again, India is resorting to baseless accusations without evidence. This only further damages its credibility on the international stage,” he said.
The ambassador added that any attempt by India to tamper with Pakistan’s water rights, including altering river flows, would be considered an act of war. “If India tries to weaponize water, Pakistan will respond decisively,” he warned.
Rejecting India’s war rhetoric, Jamali affirmed Pakistan’s right to self-defence and called on the international community to conduct an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam incident. He specifically urged China and Russia to take part in the probe to uncover the truth.
Defence analysts echo Jamali’s view, stating that India’s strategy of blaming Pakistan without evidence only exposes its own covert operations and propaganda tactics. “India is weakening its global standing by fabricating threats,” one expert noted.
Jamali’s remarks reflect a firm diplomatic posture as Pakistan continues to counter India’s narrative through both military preparedness and international outreach.
