Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation in Kalat, Balochistan, effectively foiling a planned attack and neutralizing two elements of Fitna al-Hindustan on the spot.
According to security sources, elements of Fitna al-Hindustan attempted to carry out a cowardly ambush targeting a local trader’s vehicle as well as innocent civilians. The attackers aimed to disrupt peace and stability in the region by targeting non-combatant members of society, including traders and commuters.
Acting on timely intelligence and maintaining heightened vigilance, Security Forces responded swiftly and decisively. A prompt and well-coordinated counter-operation was launched, resulting in the immediate neutralization of two key elements of Fitna al-Hindustan at the scene. Their attempt to inflict harm on civilians was successfully thwarted, thereby preventing a serious threat to public safety and local commerce.
The operation underscores the continued readiness, professionalism, and operational effectiveness of Security Forces in safeguarding the lives and property of citizens, particularly in sensitive regions of Balochistan. Authorities reiterated their firm commitment to maintaining peace and stability and ensuring that elements of Fitna al-Hindustan are denied any space to operate or threaten innocent civilians.
Security officials further emphasized that intelligence-based counter-measures will continue across the province as part of sustained efforts to dismantle such networks and their facilitation structures.
This successful operation once again highlights the resolve of Security Forces to protect the people of Balochistan especially traders, workers, and the broader civilian population—from all threats to peace and security.
