According to details released by the group, the incident occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in the Kabul Port area of Kart-e Ariana, within Kunduz city. The AFF stated that its operatives targeted a vehicle carrying Taliban personnel during the course of their patrol duties.
