Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Applauds Pakistan-India Ceasefire, Praises Pakistan’s Role in Pursuing Regional Peace

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has welcomed the ceasefire between Pakistan and India, praising Pakistan’s constructive approach toward regional stability and commending U.S. efforts to support peace in South Asia.

Addressing the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit in Riyadh, the Crown Prince emphasized the Kingdom’s unwavering support for peace and dialogue, stating that the resolution of disputes between Pakistan and India is a vital step toward lasting stability in the region.

“Pakistan’s commitment to peace in South Asia is commendable,” Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman remarked, adding that the efforts by the U.S. President to facilitate dialogue deserve appreciation.

He reiterated that the GCC aspires to peaceful coexistence across the region and called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, urging the international community to protect civilian lives and uphold humanitarian values.

The Crown Prince’s statement highlights Pakistan’s leading role in defusing tensions and reflects Riyadh’s recognition of Islamabad’s continued diplomatic maturity. His remarks also signal growing alignment between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in pursuit of regional harmony and cooperative engagement.
