“India Will Pay for Its Cowardice”: DG ISPR Issues Stern Warning in Live Briefing

In a hard-hitting live press conference, Pakistan’s military spokesperson Lt. Gen. Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry condemned India’s unprovoked air aggression, declaring that New Delhi’s “cowardly” night-time assault has so far claimed 31 innocent civilian lives and left 57 injured — including women and children.

Blasting India’s military for what he called “a disgraceful and gutless attack,” the DG ISPR stated: “Our enemy lacked the courage to face Pakistan’s military directly. Instead, it targeted sleeping civilians under cover of darkness. What else is this, if not terrorism?”

General Chaudhry emphasized that while India’s strikes hit civilian areas, Pakistan’s retaliation was sharply focused: “Unlike the cowardly enemy, our response was precise. We struck only military targets. Not a single innocent life was harmed by our hands.”

He also said that India would have to answer for attacking children and civilians, calling it a “moral and strategic failure.”

“Where is the bravery in bombing children?” he asked. “Pakistan will go to every length to defend its people, its sovereignty, and its soil.”

He concluded with a clear warning: “This aggression will not go unanswered. The cost will be heavy.”
