Four Terrorists Killed in Infiltration Attempt on Pak-Afghan Border

In a successful counterterrorism operation, Pakistan’s security forces thwarted an attempted infiltration by militants labeled as Khawarij—a term officially used by the state for extremist terrorists. Four terrorists were killed near the Pak-Afghan border as they tried to breach the border fence in the Nalla region.

According to security sources, the slain militants belonged to a faction of the Hafiz Bahadur Group, which had organised the infiltration with the intent to carry out attacks inside Pakistan. The group was intercepted while cutting through the border fence, and security forces launched a swift and precise response, eliminating all four intruders.

One of the terrorist bodies has been recovered by security personnel, and a large cache of weapons and explosives was seized from his possession. Traces of blood and evidence of injuries were also found on the Afghan side of the border, suggesting additional casualties.

The operation highlights the vigilance and effectiveness of Pakistan’s border security forces and reinforces the state’s commitment to preventing cross-border terrorism.
