BLA Terrorist Eliminated in Security Forces Operation in Kech District

Terrorist, BLA Terrorist Eliminated, Security Forces Operation in Kech

A terrorist affiliated with the banned Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) was eliminated during a security forces operation in the Sami area of Kech District, as security forces continued intelligence-led efforts against terrorist networks operating across Balochistan.

According to sources, the operation resulted in the elimination of one BLA terrorist. A cache of ammunition and other war-like stores was also recovered from his possession during the operation.

Officials said the operation forms part of ongoing counterterrorism efforts aimed at dismantling terrorist infrastructure, disrupting operational capabilities, and preventing attacks against civilians and security personnel across the province.

The latest success comes amid sustained pressure on terrorist groups in southern Balochistan. Earlier the same day, Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (South) eliminated a Fitna al-Hindustan terrorist during an intelligence-based operation in the Khuda Abadan area of Panjgur, recovering weapons, ammunition, and other military equipment.

Hours before that operation, two Fitna al-Hindustan operatives were neutralized when an improvised explosive device (IED) they were allegedly planting to target local Baloch civilians exploded prematurely in the Mortan area of Gwarago, Panjgur, dealing another setback to the terrorist network.

Security analysts say the back-to-back operations and terrorist losses in Kech and Panjgur reflect intensified intelligence-driven counterterrorism efforts aimed at denying terrorist organizations the ability to regroup, plan attacks, or threaten peace and stability in Balochistan.

Authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to continuing operations against terrorist elements until their networks are dismantled and the security situation across the province is further strengthened.
